This policy explains what M58 AI Labs LLC ("M58", "we", "us") collects when you use m58.ai or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Austin, Texas.
Information you give us. When you request an AEO score or contact us, we collect your website address, your email address, and anything you choose to write to us. If you become a client, we collect the business details needed to do the work, such as your business name, address, phone number, and the advertising and analytics account identifiers you share with us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site running and secure. This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.
Public information about your website. To produce an AEO score we fetch and analyze publicly available pages of the website you submit, the same way a search engine would. We do not log in to anything or access non-public content.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above. If you request a score, we will email you about it. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking.
When a client authorizes M58 to manage their advertising accounts, such as Google Ads or Meta Ads, we access account data through the platforms' official interfaces and programming interfaces solely to provide the agreed services: building and managing campaigns, measuring results and reporting back to the client. We do not sell that data, use it to advertise to anyone other than on the client's behalf, or share it with other clients. Access is granted by the client in their own platform settings and can be revoked there at any time.
M58's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the services the client has requested, is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those services, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice, and is never used for advertising unrelated to the client or sold to data brokers.
Service providers that help us run the business: website hosting, email delivery, and the customer relationship tools we use to track requests. They may process your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case we will tell you.
Score requests and contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful to respond to you and to run the service, and deleted when you ask us to. Client account data is kept for the length of the engagement and as long as we are required to keep records afterward. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. You can stop emails from us by replying and saying so. Clients can revoke M58's access to any platform account at any time from that platform's settings.
We keep access to client accounts to the minimum needed, store credentials in dedicated secret management rather than in files or documents, and use hosting providers that encrypt data in transit. No method is perfect, so if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us and we will investigate.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle client account data will be communicated to clients directly.
